Neue Ausgabe von Pharmaeuropa

Hierunter befinden sich u.a. zehn Monographie-Entwürfe über pflanzliche Drogen bzw. Zubereitungen und eine Methode zur Bestimmung von Aflatoxinen in Drogen: - Bogbean leaf (Menyanthes trifoliata) - Determination of aflatoxines in herbal drugs - Gentiane tincture (Gentianae tinctura) - Matricaria flower (Matricariae flos) - Motherwort (Leonuri cardiacae herba) - Mullein (Verbascum) - Myrrh tincture (Myrrhae tinctura) - Rest harrow root (Ononidis radix) - Ribwort Plantain (Plantaginis lanceolatae folium) - Sage tincture (Salviae Tinctura) - Tormentilla tincture (Tormentilla tinctura).

Besonders hingewiesen wird auch auf die Monographie-Entwürfe "Water, low-endotoxin" und "Thiomersal".

Von besonderer Bedeutung sind die beiden allgemeinen Monographien über "Active Substances" und "Excipients". Es ist beabsichtigt, dass diese Monographien nicht nur für solche Stoffe gelten, die in der Ph. Eur. beschrieben sind, sondern ganz allgemein für alle Substanzen. So gilt zum Beispiel der allgemeine Text 5.4 Lösungsmittelrückstände für alle Wirk- und Hilfsstoffe!

Weiterhin ist eine aktuelle Auflistung (Stand: Juli 1999, 18 Seiten) der Substanzen, die über ein Zertifikat nach dem Zertifikatsystem des Europäischen Arzneibuchs verfügen, enthalten. Das Inhaltsverzeichnis von "Pharmeuropa" Vol. 11.3, September 1999, ist nachstehend abgedruckt.
